Thank you for your interest! I do hope this brief synopsis is useful. Just as a reminder this FC is heavily driven by the members.It has been a few moons since the house welcomed those in search of opportunity. The atmosphere has shifted within the many winding corridors. While the Ex-Duchess still walks the halls at night, her trusted council now works tirelessly to nurture the house's vibrant community.The doors remain open, and there are many projects awaiting eager hands and innovative minds. The council eagerly invites those with the valor and dedication to contribute to the betterment of Ishgard.The estate has now been converted into a community center of sorts. Where people may freely come and go or utilize the many workshops within. Unlike the church there are not ulterior motives of religion to dampen the opportunity in these halls.Perhaps it is now your turn to lend your aid and become part of this flourishing community center.

  • FC room grants for people who will create the following: Tea room, Observatory, Laboratories, Proving ground, Crafting Room, Dining room. More to be determined. Grant amounts will supply cost of furnishing and FC room acquisition along with an extra gil compensation amount TBD.

Researcher PositionAre you passionate about research and advancing knowledge? Bellaire is seeking dedicated researchers to join and assist with the exploration of various projects.As a Researcher in our organization, your responsibilities will include:

  • Data Collection, Reporting, and Analysis: Engage in the collection of critical data in-depth reporting and qualitative and quantitative analysis to support the success of these projects.

  • Monitoring Outcome Measures: Develop and implement a robust data collection protocol to track and monitor the outcomes and progress of our programs. Ensure accuracy and reliability in our data.

  • Cultural Sensitivity: Take into consideration the diverse languages, norms, and values of the populations we serve to ensure that our research respects and aligns with their unique perspectives.

  • Information Security and Confidentiality: Uphold the highest standards of information security and confidentiality to protect the interests of our clients and stakeholders.

Prefered Qualifications

  • A background in research, scholarly studies, or a profession aligned with the desired project.

  • Candidates should have a basic knowledge of research methods and prior experience in the field of their desired project focus.

Bellaire welcomes all those who feel they are ready to expand their minds well and above the twinkle of the celestial bodies.

  • Project Curaga - Further advancements in chirurgeon methods and application.

  • Project Arme - A project with a focus on improving Ishgardian weaponry.

  • Project Forge - Assistance with architectural research for rebuilding efforts.

Security

Security PositionSecurity, a necessity for even the most quiet of homes. Bellaire is in need of arms to call when times become dark and stormy.
Security might also be asked to assist the research division and other branches of the home. Bounty hunters are also welcome, for the random odd job might even arise.responsibilities will include:

  • Routine security & safety patrol of property and structures to ensure order and establish a security presence.

  • Verify and track access credentials of residents, guests, vendors, and deliveries to the property.

  • Ensure all exits, doors, and windows are secure and functioning.

  • Respond to, investigate, and assess notifications, communications, and alarms.

  • Provide security related assistance and support to residents, guests and vendors in need.

  • Report uninvited guests, suspicious possessions, and all internally unapproved acts to the proper authorities.

  • Create and submit surveillance and incident reports to Planned Security Services management or Duchess Bellaire

Prefered Qualifications

  • A background in combat or well rounded training in unformal disciplines.

  • Excellent surveillance and observation skills.

Customary Staff

Customary StaffThe life blood that keeps the heart of a home beating. Begrudgingly the Duchess has come to realize the real importance and need for those adept at managing a home. Maids, butlers, and affiliates alike all welcome.responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting guests and acquainting them with the hotel’s amenities

  • Anticipating guests’ needs and solving their problems

  • Ensuring rooms and common areas meet the Duchess's standards

  • Maintaining wine collections

  • Event planning

  • Assisting the Duchess with menial affairs
